Yes

Since RSI doesn't take in to account volumes, is the price movement on lowish volumes less "bullish"?
Volume is like the Gaz pedal .... The more you have the best it is.
Price movement on low volume is less significative.
Recently we saw an increase on the volume side, this is good.

Remember, smart money is on the beach... ! So the action will take place in Sept-Oct, just to get more visibility.
