Spin off company While I am very pleased with how things are going with the recycling stuff I am disappointed in the lack of information about the spinoff. I have sent several emails and the only response I received was we don't know.
I think Larry said he has done this about 20 times and is confident this is will pass the stock exchange rules easily as it is the best value of any of the 20 previous companies he has brought to the exchange.
I think Larry does not like to give timelines as so much he is doing is new and unpredictable. However, I would think he could give a lot more information about spinning off the company as there is nothing new here. Times lines should be very predictable.
I would like a time line of some sort.
Will it be weeks, months or years before the new shares are created.
What are the steps and possible problems with each step.
What will the value of the new company's assets be?
What is the state of the assets?
Once the new company is created how long will it take to start producing?
Where will the bucks come from to fund starting things up to start producing?
Will 100% of the shares in the new company be given to the share holders of AMY or will some be held by the company to sell to raise money for expenses?
Will there be some sort of cut off point or will you be able to buy shares in AMY the day before the new shares are created and receive shares in the new company?
Larry said he does not have time to answer all the questions he is getting about the new company.
Perhaps devoting Fridays podcast entirely to answering questions about the new company might help?
