RE:RE:RE:RE:What to do?I still don't understand.  Are yos saying that if I invest $3.41 I will get 33 shars which at the current market price would be approximately $10.89. I still haven't gotten my proxy materials.  Why is teh meeting date so cclose to the expiratin date of the offer? If you subscribe and teh transaction is not approved at the shareholder/debenture holders meeting what happens to you investment?
