Funny that previous company (one of many?) that had the property in 2012 were at least aware the tailings were mineralized (Palmdale Executive Homes, later known as California Mines). Coombes had no idea? How did Storie deposit work out btw?

Several grab/soil samples were taken from the top and the slopes of the Fair Play tailings dump, as historical reports indicate that the dump is heavily mineralized with as much as half an ounce of gold per ton but was previously considered not economically viable before modern technologies."
