To be honest, I don't think the moves were that bad, at the time. I believe they were honest mistakes not understanding their future at the time and got carried away. When money just gets tossed on your lap I'm sure anyone would make some foolish purchases. My largest concern for you guys, this is still worth 68 mil+ (ya I know, crazy) and another 100m+ shares going be free flowing from the converts soon.. this thing gonna get ripped into a shred. Proceed with caution!
