RE:Old news

RE:Old newsSince you're too lazy to read the ARK website I'll give you a helping hand to get off your mom's old couch in the basement.

ARK Technology Partners

In case clicking on the link is too much effort...

"The demonstration originated with International Broadcasting Network (IBN) content in Cedar Hill, TX from the AMV Westar master control facility. Intelsat provided the satellite IP transmission via their gateway and uplink services using ST Engineering (formerly Newtec) Dialog, a VSAT platform, establishing a bi-directional IP pipe with the reception site. The signal was pulled down into the ARK lab environment at the Hitachi Comark headquarters in Southwick, MA. It was then transmitted through a complete ATSC 3.0 broadcast television stack to a Samsung ATSC 3.0 compatible television. As part of this phase of the proof of concept, DigiCAP also demonstrated their ATSC 3.0 home media gateway by simultaneously streaming four discrete video streams over WiFi to a TV, laptop, tablet and smart phone.

View the scroll at the bottom of that page and you'll see all the providers that are contributing to the system...that's where the hardware and engineering is coming from

If all that RVR ends up with is a piece of this pie, like a commission of 2-5%, for corporate work on the path to going public and establishing operations in the U.S., (then globally), then it will be a monster.

They said August (now) was the first step in commercialization.

Give the calendar a chance to read Sept. then look for an update.

If it's the adrenalin rush you're looking for from a NR...wrong place to look for that.

I suggest you switch to betting at the track or some other such pastime for that.

This is a business opportunity that is just seeing it's first baby step..on the way to becoming an Olympian. It will take years.
