Mr Kales the co founder owns 29 mil +  I read some time back insiders own 55% of the company.  Anyone can correct me if I am wrong.
At PMED No one get paid in cash.  Everyone gets stock option.  This why the burn rate is less than 50k a month.  They have ~1.3 million in cash.
this should last for 2 more years.  No need to raise cash,
