RE:RE:Killinit - Interesting !OK Killin it just to show you I'm truly trying to keep an open mind perhaps you have a point and because the CMR is generally placed 'behind walls' that MIGHT just cover Pat under the Fcc's definition and Pat may be getting through on a technicality as a "through wall D scanner". Clearly that is not what the FCC was aiming the cert to be used for such as trapped survivors under rubble,
but I could see a lawyer arguing that technically it is "through wall".

That still wouldn't cover all the FDA concerns about sustained effects of radiation exposure to multiple people walking through the scanners nor effects on pacemakers etc. but still an interesting thought
