So then explain why their own lawyer asked for a waiver of its intended use and who exactly could use it?? I'm not a shorter bud I am simply trying to figure out all this ridiculous ambiguity and please show me where Pat has ever once cleared up this confusion with a CLEAR statement saying that they indeed hvae the proper FCC certification to use this as a weapons detector on humans.

Again just trying to figure out something that just shouldn't be this much of a mystery if things are truly in order.
