Aris Mining Corporation is a gold producer in the Americas. The Company is engaged in operating two mines with expansions underway in Colombia. The Segovia Operation is located in the Segovia-Remedios mining district in the department of Antioquia, Colombia, approximately 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Medellin. The Segovia Operations comprises four active underground gold mining operations, which include El Silencio, Sandra K, Providencia, and Carla. It has over 11 titles with a total area of 5,335.58 hectares (ha). The Marmato underground gold mine is located on the west side of the town of Marmato, in Marmato municipality of Caldas Department, in the Republic of Colombia, approximately 80 km from Medellin and 200 km northwest of the capital city of Bogota. The Company is also the operator and 51% owner of the Soto Norte Project, which is advancing to develop a new underground gold, silver and copper mine. In Guyana, it is advancing the Toroparu, a gold/copper project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Crazy Market Valuation To be in or to be out waiting for a better entry point . That's the big question .

The price average of the last 3 months is 6.50 cad . This is the base to calculate the premium in case of an offer on gcm . Assuming a classical 33 % premium it makes the company 400 mil usd . (8.75cad. )  ..a steal .

So right now this is a fantastic bargain for any buyer . And whoever is it , he has no risk . 

I do not see any the small shareholder accepting such a price . So the buyer can stop there and return to home , or  give 10 or 20 %.....??? ... much more . ?

Dream ? . No one wanted guy .... and at the end suddenly  ,  3 miners made counter offer on counter offer  . ...guy was sold just 6 times its price .( In cash please )

.. when things of quality are very underpriced , the appetites grow .... 

So in or out  ? The answer ( for me )is clear  ....
