All I can say is congrats MPG :-))! I'm sure that is going to boost Barrick's share price substantially. I see in after hours Barrick is up over 8%, on over 2 million volume (off CNBC.com).
This was also a valid posting for our board as Buffet's interest in the gold miners is going to rub off on all the big producers, including KL! This is very interesting as I believe at one time Buffet dismissed gold as nothing of value and certainly not worth investing in !
After hours dont mean much as the volume is quite low. But its a good for gold and nice to see him pick abx as many think its overvalued. Obviously its not.

I wouldn't say 2.6 million in after hours trading is low volume. Also since there are a lot of people that follow Buffet's moves it's likely that there will be a short squeeze on Monday in Barrick stock as people pile in! I'm sure you noticed that KL was also up quite nicely in after hours, all due to the Buffet Effect. Anyway I gave your post a thumbs up as I know how much you like to get those likes ;-))!!
