You're assuming the contracts are already priced in to current share price?

I personally don't think so, only the potential of a signed contract with unknown value is priced in, I think once even one is signed we quickly go to $10 providing it's a meaningful contract.

If not NOW, leaves ope still so much possibilities for them, ain't now one trick poney so I'm thinkng they hover in around $3-4 range IF they confirm that the deals are off the table but I;m willing to bet my bottom dollar that we get something with at least 2 of the 4 potential torch deals!!
