Does anyone know the answer to this? Will Lex offer be offering service plans for the MiQLab? Let's say a machine does show a fault during it's working life and you as a customer have a service plan in place then all you would need to do is pick up the phone and request an engineer visit, which for me would be a good source of recurring revenue stream for the Company, does anyone know?
