Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

So,TWM takes out the 6.75% notes.The question then is:What do you with the extra $2.11 million of cash flow you now have each quarter..Plus,you will have about $9 million left over from the sale..It's a nice problem to have.I sure hope they don't waste the money buying back shares.More than likely,the Board has made a decision as Joel referenced.He said they discussed the dividend(in the context of the Pioneer Pipe cash payment) I am expecting a "marginal" quarterly dividend increase to 1.25 cents at most.
