The Otso mine was given a gift of $2,000 per ounce gold and have failed miserably. 

I honestly believe that the Wessons are not capable of raising the needed capital to put the mine back into production. 

Most gold stocks have moved as a result of the rising gold price and all Otso has managed to do is go down in price
