It sounds like you are frustrated by the situation. Some insiders profited even though the company has not been successful. Other insiders have held on, invested more, and are way down. I understand all of that. That does not mean that the company was manipulated. It looks more like a lot of insiders bet on fast success, then did not get there, and are still invested. Some insiders just sold when the price was high.
