Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

10-4 on change in VSR management. I hear we will see only 3 surviving board members up for reelection and multiple new faces with real mining and public company experience. I also understand an "ace" special advisor is to come on after AGM and will work with board to seek alterntives to just the knock on the door from IMG.

There are are multiple moves that VSR can make versus the c rap the old CEO was trying to pull.

I think PG says conservative because we already have a significant asset interest, no large sums of monies to spend, and are not already diluted to h ell.
