We are flirting with the end of the 3rd qtr

Here's a link to fockin' over that Dixie Brands shareholders are going to get if this is a go with BR. Personally, I don't think Dixie could have done this badly without great effort and a hidden agenda. And if this goes through, Smith is going to be in the driver's seat again. I hope I have enough left over for a box of ammo for this type of management.
