RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What's next?Whatever the share count for BNCH is, that share count is inclusive of the shares in all exchanges on which BNCH shares are traded.  If there is a reporting discrepancy re market cap, that is not so unusual.  You sound like a smart person, so you probably know the word fungible.  The shares quoted in Toronto are identical to the shares quoted in Frankfurt. Very small differences may exist in the pricing (upon conversion).  Nowadays, shares are not much different from computer entries.  Very few people want to bother with certificates now.  

If there is a buy-out, the shareholders will (I strongly believe) be treated the same, regardless of the exchange in which the purchase was effected.
