Why The Covid Hold At McGill U?Quebec is still under a state of public health emergency until August 19...state of emergency was renewed again by the Minister.  I'm not a bureaucrat or Canadian, but I ask my fellow Canadians or bureaucrats, what meets the definition of adequate "abatement" in such an emergency.  New cases have been under control for quite a while & deaths are practically nil.  What makes this province/Minister such an anomaly & ardent holdout...putting high-risk cancer trials on hold?  How again does enabling disease/cancer to broaden/tighten its stranglehold on the health of the public protect the health of the public?  Someone's interests/safety are being protected, but certainly not the public's...
