I'm just speculating. As for Avante Logixx they invested  $1 million in 360secure 18 months ago, worth zero today. They are buddies. Probably not anymore.

Fraud is a big word.

Do you work for the company Georgina 2000? Have you noticed these guys have lost $10.5 million in nine months and can't generate their annual statement, in fact they have to review all the interim statements.

Those consulting fees llook fishy for both companies, if I were to look for malfeasance it would be in the consulting fees.

I wonder how could a company collapse this quickly? They were well capitalized. It's such a large scale that it makes me think it Has to be something more than simple mismanagement.
