I've even had to reallocate my portfolio to do more buying. As much as I like VSR, its not
the only one out there with the goods. There are a few others to put some money into that have
as much going for them as VSR but are in the pennies. Thats where the 5 and 10 baggers are
IMO. Unfortunately for me, I was asleep at the switch and didn't buy in until VSR hit $1. Now
I am fully alert thank God and have started to shift more into the gold sector. Being retired, it
takes a while to accept the fact that income from dividends is not going to cut it and one needs to be proactive and take on some risk if you are going to achieve a decent rate of return. What
allocation depends on you risk tolerance and your situation. I've gone 25% in gold stocks and
am not regretting it. I may go to 30 or 40.
