RE:sea webinar aug 20th @ 2:15 EDT Can't click the link, so can't respond to the actual story. I think the access route offered by the courts to KSM has to be moot by now. At the time there was no defined resource along the proposed tunnel route, there is certainly a large inferred resource now, and the courts cannot make that resource unmineable, or beggar the owners of the resource to the owners of the tunnels through their property.
To my mind it is only the resources of Goldstorm and possibly PS2 that make the whole KSM complex mineable. Advance the tunnels 7 or 8 km, mine out Goldstorm while advancing to PS2, then into KSM properties. Why SEA hasn't taken this out already confuses me, maybe Sprott won't sell where they want.
This whole sequence of orebodies looks something like Sudbury to me. 100 years of mining, billions of tons of ore. All the dominoes are set up for this to happen in this cycle. There will be periods over the next century where this looks like a dumb idea, but there will also be periods where it is wildly profitable. IMHO
