RE:torr no volume?My guess (and I'd welcome insights from others) is that TORR is a small investment fund with a market cap of only around $20m.  Its investors are likely buy and hold types, not traders.  As such, few investors follow TORR and are unaware of it trading at a possible 25%+ discount to NAV. Traders might also avoid it given its low liquidity.  Unfortunately, over the years, I've seen occasional examples of compannies trading at a deep discount for long period of time.  

If you look at TORR's investment portfolio history it's been mediocre, except for the past few months.
