The guy is crazy or just wants to buy shares cheaper.... Read the commentary below.  They've spent the last year reviewing potential partners and this guy has showed up posting nonsenese for 3 days.  Just read the bio's of the Input board members backgrounds and tell me if you think they're being tricked by the "big guys on the east coast!"  Sounds like high school chatter, kids know everything and nothing all at the same time.
