The Company also owns the San Felipe development project in Sonora, Mexico. The 100%-owned Cosala Operations are located in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico and consist of about 67 mining concessions that cover approximately 19,385 hectares (ha). The 60% owned Galena Complex is located in Idaho’s Silver Valley. The Relief Canyon Mine is located in Pershing County, Nevada. The project encompasses an open pit mine and heap leach processing facility. Its landholdings cover approximately 25,000 acres, which include the Relief Canyon Mine asset and lands surrounding the mine in all directions. The San Felipe silver-zinc-lead project is located in Sonora, Mexico.

RE:I wonder if management asks the question why USAS is suchTerrible news this past Friday night, followed by financing today. Only saving grace was Warren Buffett news on Friday. If it wasn't for that the share price would be much lower. I am so surprised that the analysts can't seem to figure out how bad the news was this past Friday. Maybe they don't care.

Glad I pulled a 10% return in US funds out of this at the end of July and sold when they announced the shelf financing at the beginning of August.

This is probably a very good short candidate. I don't like shorting often because they can be spectacular failures if not well thought out.

This one, has more downside than there is upside for the rest of the year.
