Yes, the loss of 3,3m includes non cash items such as depreciation, but still the opertaing cash flows on page 5 were negative 2.7m. That is 5c of operating cash losses for every $1 of revenue that came in.
MDA is unimpressive and skimpy. Why no total revenue analysis at bottom of page 7 and page 8?
Page 8 shows Logixx GP at 14.4% and Citywide at 36.3%. So they decided to sell Citywide for about 1 times annual GP. Decided, or possibly forced to sell by lenders?
