Deal Rationale

Lots of chatter but has anyone really given any thought to why anyone would pay $1.75 for a canola streaming company whose prospects are limited? Is this really about streaming or the security INP has taken that undermine those contracts? Do they have the fortitude to close on this security or is this a back-door into the acquisition of valuable farmland?
