This is the joint venture news people were asking for the way it stands Hpq gets to use the Purevap si-NR to make silicon nano powders and claim it as their own technology for $2.4million and they pay a royalty of 10% for all the nano powders they sell. But if it looks very profitable Pyr can decide to waive the 10% royalty for 50% of the subsidiary company Hpq nano. Very good deal for Hpq because they only have to pay 10% royalty to start which will help their revenues in the beginning.
