Oh Yee of little faithThese are the boys:
https://www.riverstonellc.com/en/about/ Robber barons, that is ;-)
and this is their investment strategy:
https://www.riverstonellc.com/en/investment-strategies/ Providing Turnkey Investment Solutions
You got that right: Build it up and flip it (isn't that what "Turnkey" indicates?).
The nice thing is that we, true believers, are allowed to join the (relatively short) ride (2023).
Grafton is (through CNOR) running the show for them and doing a nice job.
Presently management (PIPE/CNOR/Grafton) thinks that they've over-reacted a bit in March, but they make up for it with renewed energy and with a little bit of infield infrastructure "Hanky Panky" (sorry, "adjustments") even show us a mirror with ~40K BOE/D possible end FY 2022, with $100MM FCF (over maintenace cost for keeping production at that level).
BTW, glad that they were prudent and after that managed the new financing well.
Didn't I mention before, that they will hold 75% of PIPE after the conversion? That number will grow, never mind. Hold on to your shares, I will.
When they sell PIPE (2023-2024) it will be for a price per share of ~CAD 10.-, which with 30% bonus, will give a pre-sales price of CAD 7.70 per share before mid 2023.
What it will be in 1.5-2 years time, depends on how many people are as clever as I am :-)
Have faith, it will work out fine. Don't get stressed,
have fun.
