RE:RE:RE:RE:Maybe offer the project to a credible utility?I meant, more to the fact that,maybe in all the years of struggle to get the project to finish line, and you guys beating them on every legal fight, maybe they are having issues signing off on the deal. more like, hard feelings on their end.

And by credible, I don't not mean the project or the competency of management, or CEO leadership, more in terms, if there is any concerns from their end, in choosing an operator that is not a well established entity or utility,(ie  with many sites in operation).  

I believe that the CEO fights for shareholders, which sometimes rubs bureaucrats the wrong way, a delicate balance.
