Something to considerWhat's to stop an American MSO from buying a Canadian LP once the Safe Act from passing?  

Something which hasn't been discussed.  Rather than buying a distressed asset why not buy a CDN LP who has an international footprint...........Best in breed for a 5th of the price of WEED
