RE:RE:RE:RAN should have put themselves on creditor list
RE:RE:RE:RAN should have put themselves on creditor listSorry, am I missing something? Has Softbank got a non disputed claim as a Creditor? If not they are plain old shareholders just like the rest of us.... :-) Then back to my point, they won't acep a near 100m loss without a fight (which could take years)... ;-) GLTA longs

Softbank is on creditor list for off-take agreement with NMX
not as shareholder. quote
Japan’s SoftBank Group Corp (
9984.T) will buy up to 9.9 percent stake in Canada-based Nemaska Lithium Inc NMX.TO and invest up to C$99.1 million ($77.7 million) through a private placement as part of the agreement .
SoftBank will have the right to nominate a member on Nemaska Lithium’s board and will also
have the option to buy up to 20 percent of the miner’s lithium output over the long term, the company added.
end quote
so they claim 86 M for losing the offtake agreement ? they were going to buy 20 % , not receive it .it is a bit hefty .
so claim won t be accepted i guess under no circumstances .
but they wouldn t have invested in nmx at all without this offtake agreement ..
they have been fooled as much as we have been .
we wouldn t have invested if we knew the company was not fully funded .
being on the board didn t seem to help at all .iq and softbank didn t do or couldn t anything to prevent this mismanagement .so much for the reputation and usefulness of company boards .
room and board came out costly at nemaska hotel .
everybody got fleeced not just us ,the ignorant investors .
