RE:oversubscribed?There is a very simple explanation to that. 4 million shares were withdrawn from the offer due to the higher market price than the offer. I did the exact same thing. 1800 shares of mine was subscribed but I cancelled and sold it over 12$. Now I am buying back again. Rinse and repeat.
