RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks shittyAs I see it, until Canada adopts a nation-wide, uniform securities regulation agency/process, Canadian markets will remain much less reliable than they could be. I won't compare with the US because I'm not sure how effective the US SEC has been in detecting and enforcing trading violations. I do know that there is a cabol of private attorneys in the US that screen for violations and threaten litigation for violations well before any SEC action takes place. They are the legal vultures of the system, but, hey, it's legal and serve a marginal purpose. Go figure.
