RE:RE:$1.50 private placement Macman.  I have no counter argument to most of your points, but uncertain tech.  I believe it has been said publicly that ETI has poured over 300 oz of gold.  So I believe the tech is certain at this point.  Now can the tech be commercialized?  ok that may still be uncertain.
