1.) Good morning everyone, thank you for your interest in ARHT Media. I will try to answer a few of your questions and for those in Toronto I would be happy to host a group at our studio some time.
2.) How are we different from other holopresence companies?
The key is our ARHT Engine software that enables us to take large data packs, compress and encrypt (end to end for security) and transmit this information anywhere in the world with no noticeable latency. If you appear 3D, in high resolution, with no latency with your audio, then the audience feels like you are there. This is how we create presence.
Covid 19 created some very significant challenges for our live event business in Q1 until now, however it is a really great thing for our overall business as it forced enterprise clients and large organizations to use technology to communicate with their employees, clients and the public. That’s what we have been advocating for 2 years. Our Virtual Global Stage dramatically enhances online communication and we are seeing tremendous interest in this product
There is no other company like ARHT right now. We are the only company, that I am aware of, that operates studios globally and focussed on live holopresence. With our own, and third party trained tech partners, we can efficiently and cost effectively create a sense of presence just about anywhere.
There are other companies that will do holopresence but generally most hologram companies are regional and want to do everything prerecorded. We prerecord some presentations but generally encourage our clients to do things live for maximum impact
In the end we want our client to utilize our technology in the day to day operation of their business. The bundles deliver better value when you know you will be doing multiple transmissions and you can move from one level to the next once you start to do more. For companies that are networking their offices we only charge $10k/year per display, making it incredibly affordable even if you are only using it a few times a week.

There are no immediate plans
For a consumer version but that could certainly happen in the future. We are solving very real business issues for
Corporations, healthcare, universities, entertainment- namely making their top talent way more efficient. When a high quality lower cost 3 display is available we can consider a consumer version
In my estimation the most important deal the company has ever done is the ALMO deal. We have taken our US sales team from 3 people to about 300 through Almos integrator and AV rental sales teams. It is a core focus for us now to concentrate on building out additional channel partners
9.) Competitor getting more attention
I don’t know who you are talking about with this question. Rarely have I had our sales team tell me that we lost work to another vendor. There are lots of companies promoting VR/AR and holograms, but I can assure you that our large enterprise companies who we can really scale our business with are not
Telling us that someone else can do what we are doing either better or
Cheaper.
I believe our business is currently under valued. I was very pleased with July stock performance, primarily on the trading volumes. ALMO has brought awareness to a grow list of investors from the US which has helped. We are now getting the attention of the Toronto banking community and would hope to see some coverage in the next few quarters.
11.) NetDragon are still investors in ARHT Media and through our partnership with them in ARHT Asia converted some significant debt to equity in the past year. They are bullish on the direction of our business. We did a number of deals with ND and their clients in China in the past year and expect that to grow. A deal we did at a university in Belgrade this quarter was through ND.
No plans for mobile except that you can actually run shows on
ARHTEngine.com through your mobile device today. Clients love it
As we know the first half of the year was derailed however the second half of the year looks really great. Q3 will easily beat last year and I expect growth in Q4 as well. We are still hoping to be cash flow positive in 2020.
Off to beam into my second live meeting in London today - probably raining in the UK.
The prototype is awesome. Many prospects and current clients have expressed interest. We are working on our launch plans now.
We will not be used at the Emmy’s this year. We certainly were considered and I expect we will work with this group in the future. We are also being considered for other virtual award shows as well, our work on the Enterprise Blockchain Awards is some of the best that has been seen by anyone this far
Much of the work we do is not known to the public because our clients don’t want their competitors to know. They see us as a competitive advantage. However, I expect you will see our tech used for some large scale public activations, in the US and elsewhere, in the near
Future.
