This company to me is a completely binary investment (or in that case some may call a gamble). Either it goes up in flames as there was no real material contracts in place (que the law suits).... or one day these contracts actually come to fruition, in which case its a $10+ stock.

Unfortunately I'm only 51% confindent in the latter.
