No...The standard solution is basically pure Ruthenium that anyone can make, sell or purchase.  TLD-1433 is a "modified & unique" Ruthenium-based product of that standard solution to be used as a diagnostic/therapeutic against cancer & a variety of pathogens (bacteria, fungi, protozoa & viruses).  It is a patented metallic-based compound patented in 2014 by Sherri M that TLT has licensed from Sherri M to hopefully be used in "all" of the above capacities.
