Had a great call with Eric Rasmussen today. Bev definitely sept. Vape products are walking out door. To tune of 50k units per month. Debt is the number one issue and they are looking at asset sales and mainstream lenders. Mainstream are now more interested because of our past two q’s. Inventory that we have on hand is to be sold not concerned about write downs on products. Share price is very very much on their minds as executive comp is directly tied to it. Tilray will take a year or two to get settled and it will end up as some sort of deal that is ok for both. Delta no real movement on it except for low ball offers. Couple of decent offers fell through because of financing issues on their part. Absolutely no none zero nada conversation about reverse split. Sales are very bullish July and aug as well as in propagation. And into q4 re signed orders from provinces and other countries. They are looking at trying to get more coverage as they believe our share price is very much undervalued. All in all a very bullish call except for debt and that is what it is.
