something to ponder Deep within the Patriot One website is a "WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY" oversight is done by Rory Gordhino of Miller Thomson. See: https://mk0patriot1techaqf19.kinstacdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/P1T_-_Whistleblower_Policy-1.pdf Click on his LinkedIn page. See: (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rory-godinho-a62102aa/?originalSubdomain=ca) you will find he has extensive experience in the capital markets "advocating changes to securities laws and policies to keep up with a rapidly changing marketplace." This is a person with likely the highest accolades and integrity in the securities world. As such, as with any whistleblower information, he would be required to act on such information. I am not suggesting that happened or that it is happening now. I am saying if it did happen or if its going to happen in the future, he would be obliged to bring information like that to the board namely Peter van de Gracht. Recall I linked and spoke of the lawyers’ letter from D. Frappier to the FCC. See: https://cdn.ceo.ca.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/1ep75g4-PUBLIC%20Patriot%20Limited%20Waiver%20Petition%20re%20Authorized%20Users%20%28FOR%20FILING%29%206%2018%2019.pdf
That letter from D. Frappier was sent to the FCC under his (Peter vande Gracht’s) watch. Their own whistleblower policy is outlined here when they say "As a public company, the integrity of the financial and other information of Patriot One Technologies Inc. (“Company") is vital. The Company's financial and other information guides the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors"), and is relied upon by our shareholders and the financial markets. For these reasons, the Company must maintain a workplace where the Company can receive, retain and address all reports and complaints received by the Company concerning (i) accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters, and the confidential submission by employees and consultants of the Company of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters (collectively "Accounting/Audit Matters Concerns") and (ii) the potential violation of any law relating to fraud against shareholders, including without limitation the reporting of fraudulent financial or other information to our shareholders, the government or the financial markets (a "Potential Violation").
So if Rory Gordhino, the Patriot One whistleblower (lawyer), got a copy of the information I have sent, then there is no telling what is happening behind the scenes at Patriot One. Again I am not suggesting anything is happening, just seems kind of strange I send those concerns of a shareholder to the company, and all of a sudden the CEO is in the process of being removed without a replacement.
