The coming resolution on the convertible debentures is not a big deal for VIVO or its shareholders. The company certainly won't go to equity with the shareprice where it currently sits. I see them easily raising another convertible debenture issue that they should get extremely favorable terms on considering their trajectory to profitability. So I say, kick the proverbial can down the road, done and dusted. Cheers, Schaff
