This is all very true, but at the end of the day a buy out is essentially the same as buying every share of the company. Hypothetically its like a big pharma company putting a bid in for 200 million shares at 5 dollars. Its a business and money is the bottom line. So why pay more for the shares at such a high multiple? We need to get the share price to a dollar before that even is even slightly reasonable. However, you are right, its not that simple. Of the demand is high enough then the supplier sets the price. Sernova is definitely building demand
