Follow up re: stock manipulation

Allan, I don't need additional information thank you for offering. I am under the impression that your reference to Viola MacMilllan is a leaning towards yes to my question. If this is there is market manipulation via a coordinated arrangment, then it makes me wonder if and why TSX can't identify the behavior to indeed make the market function for the benefit of individual investors.. On the other hand, maybe the existence of coordinated responses are considered acceptable market behavior?
