American Creek Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, principally for precious metal deposits. The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square km in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia and is situated approximately 70 km north of Stewart. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. RE:RE:big capexI don't think SEA is far advanced. TUD has fast tracked the process and Treaty creek's open pit mine will take a shorter development time. For SEA, It will take significant more time to build tunnel and to develop a block cave underground mine. TUD is drilling every single day and don't need SEA's permission to get any gold out. 

This is a junior mining investment. The value of the treaty creek should be determined by the value in the ground and the value for each ounce ($50-$200?). Seems like easily 20-30 million ounces... 

The fact is TUD/TUO/AMK have gone up significantly in the last 6 months - waiting for a better entry can prove to be very costly. This also reiterated the second point, the stock prices go up because of major discovery or value in the ground. The next step to unlocking the value is the resource report and attracting a gold major to be a partner/owner.
