- What I understood from this transaction..is that just before the transaction he will do a 50/1 reverse split  and then the shareholders of  CARBEEZA will share 40,000,000 shares at 0.40 ¢ / shares 


 It is also a condition of the proposed transaction that HIT complete a consolidation (the 'Consolidation') of its existing share capital on an up to 50 old for 1 new basis, or such other ratio as may be determined by mutual agreement of the parties and approved by the shareholders. )
