One last thing i would add is that I believe the Caisse MUST also be getting impatient, which is a good thing bc they might press the issue to unlock shareholder value. This is the reason i'm sticking around and not the "2 year plan" to clean things up and be a pure engineering play. I think that 2 year plan can work too but it's too long of a wait for me and who knows how many bumps we can hit during that 2 yr period
