Depending on the answers/ facts: "What's Going On". Will rephrase question. If CEO has some type of ownership stake in Xpresschek, would it be appropriate for Xpresschek to have received referrals from 3Sixty (do not know if they did or not) if Xpresschek did not also make an investment into 3Sixty?
