RE:Quiet Board and Silent Management

The stock price development tells us we are likely not close to  the "studies in a reputable journal" or the start of Phase 1 trials.
On the other hand, unless IMV has run into problems trials ought to start any day.
Can IMV grab attentiion in the space?
Management has not shown that ability or interest earlier. Also, cash is a restriction, lack of governmental connections etc. 
And even if IMV start trials tomorrow, for the reasons above I expect little price reaction.
