RE:Imperial Brands invests $123 Million into Auxly at $0.81 !Old news, but still relevant for two reasons:

1. Imperial Brands hasn't bought any stock. They will cash in the debenture and not convert if the price hasn't recovered. (Why would they buy at 0.81 when they can get stock so much cheaper?)

2. They will get back 100% of their money versus anyone who bought stock at the same time. 0.81 to 0.21 in twelve months.

I'll believe that IB has confidence in the company when I see them buy some stock.

Looking forward to the next quarterly.
